Taken away! Who were the Offenburg euthanasia victims?

Exhibitions
Franz Karl Bühler wurde in Grafeneck ermordet © Stadtarchiv Offenburg
From 1940, people with physical and mental disabilities as well as the mentally ill fell victim to euthanasia, the systematic murder of the Nazi regime.
A group of 15 members of the Historischer Verein Offenburg e.V. (Offenburg Historical Society) has embarked on a research trip to the Offenburg town archives and has so far been able to identify 70 Offenburg residents who were killed by name. The exhibition provides an interim report.
