Experience and practice mindfulness as you engage with works from the collection.
This meditative tour of the Aargauer Kunsthaus’s current collection exhibition fosters mindful encounters with art and with oneself. The one-hour tour invites participants to experience the works in a new, transformative way, to sharpen their senses, and to pause and reflect. This event is led by Andrea Mock, project director of the Mindful Art Encounters association.

The event is part of the “Innehalten” (Pause) action week, which takes place from October 17 to 24, 2026, in Aarau, Baden, Biel, and Bern.
