Exciting new designs and works are constantly being created in the region’s art studios. The “Auswahl” exhibition showcases this rich local artistic output. Each year, artists from the canton can apply to the Aargau Curatorial Board and the Aargauer Kunsthaus to participate.
Based on the submissions for this exhibition, grants are also awarded to artists with close ties to the canton of Aargau. The “Auswahl” exhibition features approximately fifty works across two floors of the Aargauer Kunsthaus, giving visitors a comprehensive insight into the region’s art scene.
