As part of the application process, personal data submitted by applicants (in particular CV, covering letter and attachments) are collected and processed by the Museums-PASS-Musées association, as data controller, exclusively for the purposes of examining the application and continuing the recruitment procedure.

No research or data collection is carried out outside the information voluntarily provided by the applicant, including on accessible social networks or databases, unless links are expressly provided in the application. Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the recruitment procedure, then deleted or destroyed.

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA), applicants have the right to access, rectify, delete and limit the processing of their data, which they may exercise by sending a request to the following address : datenschutz@museumspass.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if necessary.
