The unique museum of sculptures by Erwin Rehmann was founded in 2001 in Laufenburg, canton Aargau. It is complemented by a large garden full of sculptures. The museum seeks to maintain and present the works of the sculptor Erwin Rehmann by showing the oven, tools and a selection of his sculptures and graphics to the public. Erwin Rehmann is a fascinating, internationally renowned sculptor who dedicates his work to various aspects of contemporary art. He questions the perception of human beings, creates a new sculptural language and explores the legitimacy and processes of material. The almost 100-year-old artist considers himself an active member of society and therefore seeks to further explore the integration of art into our society.
