With this play, 30 pupils from Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate and France send out a signal that only cooperation across borders can carry forward the attitude of reconciliation.

Music and art created in the camp are central elements of the production. The unbroken creative power of the deportees still gives hope today that the truly human can prevail.

A youth theater project to commemorate the 85th anniversary of the deportation of the Jewish population to the French internment camp Gurs.
Followed by a panel discussion with the actors on the topic of "Remembrance work with young people".
