LICHT(T)RAUM is an imaginary space that visitors can enter.
A place free from consumerism that, in a fast-paced world, focuses not on events but on
a sense of suspension and atmosphere. A space to immerse oneself in a timeless elsewhere.
Through the synergy of light, sound, and images beyond words, an inner
world opens up. Relaxing, inspiring… meditative. The vaulted ceiling of the City Museum—ideally suited due to its
location, shape, and atmosphere—undergoes a transformation. Rugs
and cushions are laid out, over which a cosmos of light rays meanders, interwoven
with a tapestry of natural sounds and meditative music.
