The HfG Archive / Museum presents for the first time selected film projects from the Institute for Film Design at the former Ulm School of Design.
In 1965, the "Film" department headed by Alexander Kluge and Edgard Reitz was founded, called the "Institute for Film Design" and survived the end of the Ulm School of Design in 1968.
The exhibition presents films by Günther Hörmann in particular, including "Ruhestörung - Ereignisse in Berlin 1967" from 1968 (together with Hans Dieter Müller). Hörmann studied at the HfG from 1961 to 1967 and was a member of the management team of the Institute for Film Design from 1969.
