Territoires is the name of an event that brings together dance and the public in special spaces and places not dedicated to performance (wastelands, gardens, historic spaces, museums, schools...). Territoires gives people the chance to see and hear dance, the kind of dance that takes them into the night. This new version is specially designed for Frac Franche-Comté's spaces.

erritoires is a wander through a space, encountering different solos and duets danced by several choreographic artists and performers emblematic of Mathilde Monnier's work, including performer La Ribot.
A journey through 30 years of the choreographer's repertoire, as an introduction to her singular, eclectic universe. A journey through time, from 2000 to the present day.

Here, the repertoire of Compagnie MM (Mathilde Monnier) is brought back into play. It's a question of recomposing movements for a place, investing an unlimited territory of time and space.

It is through this surveyed territory that the past of the gestures is revealed, as they are projected into a new context. Like a fish returning to its element, gestures and dance find a new impetus, a new plunge into a place, an environment that they help to illuminate and reveal.
