Guided tour for visitors with and without visual impairments or blindness
Sunday, August 23, 2:00–3:00 p.m.

What does black sound like? How does yellow feel? An audio guide was developed for the exhibition “The Owl Is Pink” from the perspective of a visually impaired person. It encourages participants to find creative approaches that go beyond simply describing colors and images. This guided tour explores this approach in greater depth, asking what color is, how colonialism and pigment production are connected, and what role colors play in one’s own identity. Participants will listen, touch, and smell their way through the colors of the exhibition alongside guides Jo Meier and Noah Mundinger.

Limited space available. Register by calling T +41 61 266 56 00 or emailing info@mkb.ch.
