Design, drinks, and exciting behind-the-scenes insights: The Württemberg State Museum and BLICKKFANG invite you to a relaxed after-work evening at the Old Palace. After a welcome drink, guests will embark on an inspiring design tour: In the graphic design studio, located in one of the castle’s imposing towers, the Landesmuseum’s graphic designers will demonstrate how the magazine for the current special exhibition “Ornament & Symbol: What Adorns Men” was created. Hanna Kropp from Demirag Architects will offer fascinating insights into the exhibition design, and Dr. Irmgard Müsch will introduce guests to the captivating world of ornate Renaissance and pocket watches.

In addition, students from the Jewelry Design program at the Faculty of Design at Pforzheim University will present jewelry creations they developed specifically for the exhibition. As a special highlight, the special exhibition “Zier & Zeichen” will open its doors exclusively for the evening’s participants.
