Our team is available to you from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, except Thursday only from 2 pm to 5 pm. We speak German, French and English.

The prices in Euros are only valid in the museums and sales points in the Eurozone (Germany and France). It is up to the museums or selling points to decide whether they accept or refuse foreign currency, whereby the in-house exchange rate will be applied. The prices will in any case be set on the standard fee in the currency of a particular country (€ for Germany and France, CHF for Switzerland).

A registration enables us in case of theft or loss to call up your personal data and to guarantee the free replacement of your Museums-PASS-Musées. Moreover, before the expiry of your current subscription you will receive an automatic reminder to renew it in time and you will thus be able to benefit from a free thirteenth month.

You can also register for the exclusive events offered by the association throughout the year.

Your Museums-PASS-Musées can be activated without having your personal data saved in our data bank. In case of loss or theft, however, it cannot be replaced, nor are you able to take part in any of the exclusive events that are offered.

You can renew it directly in our member sites (with a few exceptions) and selling points. You also have the possibility of renewing your Museums-PASS-Musées directly via our online shop (only for the new generation Museums-PASS-Musées).

On the current Museums-PASS-Musées the expiry date is not visible so that it can be renewed indefinitely without changing the card or the user account. If your Museums-PASS-Musées is registered, we will remind you automatically before the expiry of your subscription. For environmental reasons we would prefer email corrsepondence.

You can also find the expiry date by logging into your user account, scanning the QR-code with your smartphone or by asking at the reception of one of our member sites, at our offices in Basel, or via this link.

In case of theft or loss we guarantee the free replacement of the Museums-PASS-Musées if your personal data are stored in our data bank: i.e. if you registered your Museums-PASS-Musées via the user account or if you filled and sent out the registration form when purchasing your passeport.

It is therefore important registering your Museums-PASS-Musées when buying it!

Only persons with a user account can register for exclusive events. Since our events are very popular, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.
