The Neolithic revolution
Over 10,000 years ago, people in Mesopotamia became sedentary. This Neolithic revolution in the area of the Fertile Crescent also had an impact on Europe and our region. Why did people give up their mobile way of life as hunter-gatherers? Together with archaeologist Pia Micheel, participants will explore exciting questions about one of the most decisive developments in human history using regional finds.
