Exhibition. Fondazione Rolla: Museum of Contemporary Art

The Museum of Contemporary Art invites the Fondazione Rolla, based in the Swiss canton of Ticino, to a friendly exhibition. Inspired by the formal rigor and minimalism of Minimal Art, the collector couple Philip and Rosella Rolla have assembled over 1,000 high-caliber photographic works. Renowned international artists such as Hiroshi Sugimoto, Robert Adams, Ruth Hallensleben, and Francesca Woodman demonstrate that the camera is more than just a tool for depicting reality: it opens up new horizons of perception. Selected works from the Fondazione’s collection enter into an exciting dialogue with works from the Museum of Contemporary Art.
