Saturday, August 17, 3 p.m.
Location: Rehmann Museum

Lecture on field names in Laufenburg by Philippe Hofmann (historian/Germanist, Allschwil), Dieter Deiss and Rudolf Lüscher (Citizen Science, Laufenburg).

The Laufenburg field names are perhaps not known to everyone, as they are often only passed on orally. In many cases, they are also barely recorded on maps. Philippe Hofmann (historian/Germanist, Allschwil) is a proven expert on the various field names, but Dieter Deiss and Rudolf Lüscher, as local experts, can also tell stories about the naming.
