"Heil Hitler" ends the telegram that dashes the hopes of Jewish artist Lola Blau's first major engagement at the Landestheater Linz. Within a very short space of time, Lola not only loses contact with the love of her life, but also has to leave her homeland. She makes her breakthrough in America,
She becomes a star - but she is not happy. Then she receives an unexpected call from Vienna...

"Tonight: Lola Blau" by Georg Kreisler is much more than a piece of contemporary history: In this haunting one-person musical, Kreisler combines astute social criticism with lively, witty and touching melodies.

An evening that touches, shakes up and at the same time entertains with Kreisler's unmistakable musical brilliance.
This is a production of the Theater der zwei Ufer Kehl. The event takes place in cooperation with the Gedenkstättenverbund Südlicher Oberrhein e.V.. With the kind support of the Landeszentale für politische Bildung Baden-Württemberg.
