The participants shed light on fascinating burial objects from the early Middle Ages. Men's and women's graves each tell their own stories - but not everything is as clear-cut as it seems. Between fibulae, swords and folding chairs, fascinating insights into a bygone world and the pitfalls of its interpretation are revealed.
