Plastic card or digital PASS?

The Museums-PASS-Musées is available in two formats. You can choose to use either the plastic card or the digital PASS. 

The plastic card

If you like to carry your Museums-PASS-Musées with you and hold it in your hand, then choose the plastic card. You can buy it at all member museums and points of sale or in our online store. The card will be personalized by you and provided with a photo.

The digital pass

If you frequently use digital devices, then choose this version of the Museums-PASS-Musées. The digital PASS is used only in our app. You can purchase the digital PASS only in our online store.

  • The digital PASS is also personalized.
  • The digital PASS can only be used on one device at a time. To use it on another device, you must first log out of the app.
  • It is not possible to use multiple PASSES on the same device.
  • If you stay connected to the app, your digital PASS also works offline.
Digitizing your plastic card

Would you like to digitize your plastic card and use the PASS in the app? No problem!*

But please note: the plastic card and the digital PASS cannot be used in parallel. You must choose one variant.

How to digitize your plastic card:

  • First download the M-APP.
  • Log in to your user account in the M-APP.
  • Click on the "My PASS" section.
  • Follow the digitization steps.

*Only annual passes subject to fees can be digitized.
