The exhibition in the Museum Brot und Kunst has two parts. On one side is the art, on the other the themes around bread, everyday life, nutrition and consumption. Both parts are about cultural dimensions: About understanding and interpreting the world around us, and about the spaces between the "drawers" of collective perception. Both parts respond to each other. That is what makes this museum so special.
