Yellow, iconic, loud! It seems almost impossible to escape them. The American cult family, *The Simpsons*, has been flickering across screens worldwide since the late 1980s. This makes it the most successful and longest-running animated series in television history. The Stihl Gallery in Waiblingen is presenting selected works from the unique collection of American collectors William Heeter and Kristi Correa for the first time in Germany. The exhibition offers a behind-the-scenes look at the most successful animated series of all time. On display are original storyboards, detailed sketches, and over 150 rarely seen cels that bring the creative process behind the cult series to life. In addition to the original works featuring well-known characters from The Simpsons universe—such as Marge, Homer, and Mr. Burns—you can look forward to an exciting accompanying program and interactive stations throughout the exhibition that allow you to become part of Springfield yourself.
