Ulrike Kessl, born in Rottweil, now lives and works in Düsseldorf. With her experimental sculptural works and installations, she explores the relationship between people and space. In the exhibition at kunst raum rottweil, her works enter into a dialog with the works of Oberndorf-based artist Julia von Troschke. Her paintings and sculptures, often made of wood, are dedicated to people and their interaction with the environment. Together, the two artists design the exhibition space and thus open up perspectives on the interplay between space, people and the environment.
