Panoptikum - Ute Naue-Müller, Dresden

Gefäße von Ute Naue-Müller
After studying and working as an engineer, later in German and art history and evening studies in painting/graphics at the HfBK Dresden, she (*1960) is a late starter in the world of ceramics at over 40. All her interests come together in her pictorial vessels and sculptures. Drawing on a rich pool of photos, newspaper clippings and her own texts, snippets of her thoughts take shape and become works of sublime beauty, subtle wit and biting irony.
