Kosmos Klee. Fokus: Petra Petitpierre (1905–1959)

The Swiss artist Petra Petitpierre was a student of Paul Klee at the Bauhaus and at the Düsseldorf Academy of Fine Arts. She remained in contact with her mentor after returning to Switzerland. Her artistic work reflects her engagement with contemporary art movements such as Surrealism and, later, geometric, concrete art.
