To mark the centenary of the birth of François Morellet (1926-2016), the Centre Pompidou-Metz presents the most comprehensive retrospective of his work to date, featuring 100 works from 1941 to 2016. Morellet is unique in that he is both the leading French exponent of geometric abstraction and the man who most decisively helped to destabilize it.
