The artist Anne Loch (1946-2014) played with the conventions of representation and explored the boundaries of representation: In her oversized landscape or animal depictions, line, color, surface and the search for the right proportions of these basic elements of painting come to the fore. In the context of "painting about painting", Anne Loch constantly questioned the fundamental nature of this artistic means of expression. The exhibition at the Zentrum Paul Klee explores Anne Loch's examination of the medium of painting and the dissolution of her motifs on the basis of around 70 works.
