Corto Maltese remains the most famous sailor in the world of comics. Since his first adventure in 1967, he has never ceased to roam the seas of the globe. Even after the death of his creator, Hugo Pratt, in 1995, just thirty years ago. To mark this anniversary, the Saline Royale is honoring the famous illustrator with an exhibition featuring more than 120 originals: watercolors, drawings and India inks, all of which have been borrowed from his albums, creating a veritable graphic novel in the service of drawn literature.
