Workshop "Artful hand bakeries"

Summertime is harvest time for grasses that can be found in fields or at the edge of the forest. Under the guidance of Katharina Berger, artistic hand brooms are made from local raw materials such as forest hair, rush or reed. Various binding techniques are learned and valuable insights into the extraction and processing of plant fibers are provided. Each course participant will create two or three unique hand brooms to take home with them.
