Culinary delights are also part of the souvenir cosmos. The sausage bought on the way is the mountain souvenir par excellence. In this workshop, you will produce your own sausages under the guidance of butcher and illustrator Tinu Oesch. After seasoning, kneading and a pinch of history about sausage production, everyone takes home 4-5 home-made sausages.
