"History by torchlight" – An unique guided tour

Visite guidée insolite "L'Histoire à la lampe torche"
This event is available in
French
The Mémorial Alsace-Moselle invites you to take part in an unique and unusual tour concept: a guided exploration by torchlight.

For about an hour and a half, follow a guide and immerse yourself in the half-light of the Memorial's rooms to explore the tumultuous history of Alsace and Moselle from 1870 to 1945, and the early steps toward European integration.
The dim lighting brings the scenography into sharp relief, making it more striking. The senses are heightened, sounds amplified, and spatial awareness altered. Only the narrow beam of the guide’s torchlight illuminates the documents and archives that bear witness to this history.

Organized monthly on the second Friday, this immersive tour offers visitors a unique sensory experience, where perception sharpens and evolves along the way.
