Fabergé Museum

The Fabergé Museum is the world's only museum dedicated to one of history's greatest jewelers Carl Peter Fabergé. In the late 19th and early 20thcenturies, Fabergé served as official supplier to Russia's czars and aristocracy, as well as to the British Crown, Scandinavian, Greek and Bulgarian Courts and the rulers of Siam (now Thailand). Faberge created an aesthetic in art that to this very day symbolizes excellence and perfection.

Russian art collector A. Ivanov opened the Fabergé Museum on 15 May 2009 in the German spa city of Baden-Baden in order to share his great collection with the world. The museum's more than 700 items, including two Imperial Easter Fabergé Eggs, famous Rotschild Easter Egg, stone figure of Buddha ex. p-ty Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, ex. pro-ty of Greek King Georg I, British Royal Family and the hole range of other very important gold-, silver- and precious stone masterpieces made by Fabergé.

The Fabergé Museum is located in downtown Baden-Baden, close to the famous Caracalla thermal spa, only few minutes walk from Leopoldplatz away.
