The Museum of Local History presents the history of Baden-Baden from the beginning in Roman times to the present. The focus is on spas and health resorts over the centuries as well as on the sophisticated spa of the 19th century, renowned throughout the world. The attic floor is dedicated to various special exhibitions. A recently constructed glass pavilion houses stone monuments and sculptures from the Roman era up to modern times.
