Located in the heart of the city of Arbois, capital of Jura wines, the Musée de la Vigne et du vin du Jura occupies part of Château Pécauld.
Outside, around the fully restored building (13th-18th century), restored vines illustrate the work of the Franche-Comté winegrower over the seasons, past and present, as well as the different grape varieties planted in the region.
In the cellars and rooms of the Museum, the different winemaking methods as well as the history and traditions of the winemaking world are presented and explained.
