The Maison Rurale de l'Outre-Forêt (Outre-Forêt Rural House) is a place for the transmission of knowledge and know-how concerning the way of life and popular arts and traditions of the early 20th century in Northern Alsace. As such, it is interested in the evolution of Alsatian artistic practices: those of yesterday as well as those of today, which perhaps prefigure our artistic universes of tomorrow!
Mus'Art invites you to discover the works of 3 pairs of artists:
- Sunday, April 26 to Friday, May 15: the creations of Aline Hauck, visual artist, enter into dialogue with those of Dorothee Falk, ceramist living in Goersdorf.
- From Sunday May 17 to Friday June 05, 2026, photographs by Monique Stenger meet sculptures by Antoine Halbwachs, a sculptor and graduate of the Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg.
- From Sunday June 7 to Sunday June 28, 2026, the works of Anne Lombardi, a sculptor and graduate of the Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg, resonate with the work of Philippe Turpin, an engraving artist from La Réunion.
Conferences and workshops will accompany the exhibition, giving young and old alike the chance to try out different artistic techniques!
