Joachim Dietrich places the examination of landscape and nature at the center of his artistic work. Based on his own experiences and inspired by the diversity of vegetal forms, he creates atmospherically dense pastel and charcoal drawings. In the creative process, he detaches himself from the figurative, arriving at an abstract pictorial language, from the descriptive line to the dynamized surface.
