Highlights

To mark the twentieth anniversary of Museum Ritter, the exhibition presents an exquisite selection of first-class works of light art. The 20 or so works from the early 1960s to the present day impress both with their great sensual impact and their sophisticated visual effects. The possibilities of the latest technology are combined with a non-objective aesthetic to create atmospheric works full of poetry. The show includes opulent, (multi)colored light objects as well as monochrome light objects whose light color is limited to a warm yellowish nuance or a rather cool, bluish white.
