Family workshop
As part of a music workshop, we invite you to discover the instruments featured in the castle's décor, its archaeological collection, and the archives related to its history.
Haut-Koenigsbourg was not only filled with the clamour of weapons. Musical instruments also found their place there, bringing a touch of poetry to the castle's martial world. Ancient inventories and archaeological remains bear witness to this, while other instruments were added to the monument's décor during its restoration at the beginning of the last century.
Explore your favourite castle by shining a spotlight on its historical and ornamental instruments. Faithful reproductions of these instruments will be on display. You may even have the opportunity to play a few notes! An original workshop, combining history and music, offering a different way to discover Haut-Koenigsbourg.
