From January 22 to December 18, 2026, Tuesday to Friday, 11 a.m. or 2:30 p.m.
Our craftsmen are among the "Meilleurs ouvriers de France" and the "Chevaliers de l'Ordre des Arts & Lettres", and their skills have been enriched from generation to generation. Their glassmaking skills, listed by UNESCO as part of humanity's intangible cultural heritage, make Saint-Louis an international benchmark in the art of living.
During this tour, a footbridge overlooking the Grande Halle allows you to safely observe the so-called "hot work". The tour continues with the crystal paperweight workshop, of which Saint-Louis is the sole contemporary creator, and the mold restoration workshop. The tour ends with a visit to the "cold" workshop, where you can admire the work of cutters, engravers and decorators at close quarters.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Length of visit: 1h30
Closed: Mondays, public holidays, weekends, when the factory is exceptionally closed.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
Reservations required. For further information, please contact us.
