Angst und Geld – Public lecture by Isabelle Graw

Kunsthalle Basel and the University of Basel invite you to a public lecture by Isabelle Graw.

Graw, author and art historian teaching at the Frankfurter Städelschule and co-founder and co-editor of Texte zur Kunst, presents her latest book, Angst und Geld (Spector Books), a stream-of-consciousness exploration of fear and money. The work channels both personal and societal anxieties in our crisis-laden world, using inner monologue and a psychoanalytic perspective to convey affective and psychological depth. Rather than offering solutions, it treats these fears as catalysts for reflection.

The lecture will be moderated by Eero Schoch from the Kunsthistorisches Seminar at the Universität Basel.

The number of participants is limited, so please register in advance.
