Rötteln is one of the largest medieval castle ruins on the Upper Rhine. The exhibition sheds light on the castle's eventful history and shows how its dominion - the Markgräflerland - developed between Basel and France. The family exhibition also gives a vivid picture of people's lives back then.
A cooperative project of the Dreiländermuseum, the institution "Staatliche Schlösser und Gärten Baden-Württemberg" and the Röttelnbund. A detailed publication will be published to accompany the exhibition.
