Rhine tour. Art exhibition by Rosa Lachenmeier

The artist Rosa Lachenmeier grew up in Basel on the Rhine and remained close to it. After studying fine arts, she works freelance and was a lecturer at the Basel School of Design from 1985-2018. In her artistic work she starts from visual impressions and phenomena that refer to a cultural-historical and time-relevant context. Projects on the theme of "bridges" have taken her to Frankfurt am Main and New York. Exhibitions throughout Europe, including Amsterdam, Basel, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Lugano, the border triangle around Basel and Lake Constance.
