Revealing 10 Years of New Acquisitions
On the evening of 2nd January 2003, a terrible fire devastated the château de Lunéville, residence of the last Dukes of Lorraine, and its museum. Almost 600 works of symbolic importance were destroyed in the flames. More than ten years have passed since the catastrophe, and it is time to take stock. Thanks to exceptional efforts, it is now possible to revive the museum and rebuild its collections for an ambitious new product in the heart of this remarkable site.
