Meisenthal, end of construction

The new tour of the Meisenthal Glassworks Site begins with a visit to the brand new and richly documented Glass Museum, which celebrates in style three centuries of glassmaking ventures in Meisenthal and the region.
In addition to the permanent exhibitions, which display collections of great beauty, the "Meisenthal, end of construction" exhibition, nestled under the exceptional framework of the building and staged by the V8 designers, looks back on the extraordinary rehabilitation work carried out on the site since 2018. It presents a series of photos by Iwan Baan, and features a film directed by Thomas Lincker, who followed the evolution of the rehabilitation site over four years.
