Exhibitions
From
until
The exhibition tells stories from Rheinfelden, a town on Switzerland's longest river, the Rhine. It is about fishing, work and food, fashion in the spa town, the fashion label 'Rhein Design', urban development on a major traffic artery, life by the river (as a national border), the hydroelectric power station which was already producing sustainable energy more than 100 years ago and which today supplies the trinational region with electricity.
The Rhine marks the lives of local residents, it threatens them with its floods but provides them with valuable leisure space.
