Le Printemps des Pelotes

From March 15 to 17, some sixty exhibitors will be taking part in the 8th Printemps des pelotes in Kutzenhausen, enchanting our everyday lives with their latest creations. Breeders-producers of sheep's, goat's and llama's wool from several regions of France, Germany and Belgium will be showcasing their products, which go by the sweet names of angora, alpaca, cashmere, mohair... Designers and retailers will be presenting skeins and balls, haberdashery and decorative items, knitting kits, women's and children's clothing, fashion accessories... Other thread and needle experts offer advice and share their know-how in demonstrations of wool spinning, comb weaving, knitting, crochet, felting... Exhibitions by artists and craftsmen will enliven this event, which is also dedicated to spring revival, with Easter decorations and a number of local products.
