La Grande Mademoiselle

Marie Lucie Cornillot (1905-2002) was curator of the Besançon Classified Museum between 1946 and 1972. Affectionately known as "La Grande Mademoiselle" by her colleagues, she left her mark on the entire heritage of Besançon.
The exhibition "La grande Mademoiselle", which will be held at the two sites of the museums of the Centre, the Museum of Fine Arts and Archaeology and the Museum of Time, is an opportunity to pay tribute to the personality of a woman as well as to her actions.
