In the furrow of tears

he destroyed village of Ornes comes back to life for two exceptional evenings! The play Dans le Sillon des Larmes, created especially for this unique venue, recounts the fate of the civilians who had to flee the village at the time of the Battle of Verdun.

At nightfall, musicians and actors embody this vast intergenerational fresco in the unprecedented setting of the destroyed former church in the village of Ornes. An immersive, memorable and emotionally-charged experience not to be missed. Two performances on offer: Friday, September 22 at 8pm and Sunday, September 23 at 8pm. Open-air performance at dusk. Bring appropriate clothing, weather permitting.
