Friday Beyeler: Soundbath Meditation with Jen Lawrence Dale

In her soundbath meditation, singer and artist Jen Lawrence Dale guides participants through a gentle but potent process of regeneration for mind and body, using different sound frequencies and her voice. The meditation also combines breathing exercises, visualisation and deep listening in a deeply relaxing holistic experience.
