Friday Beyeler: “Niko Pirosmani” drawing workshop

Friday Beyeler
At various locations within the current exhibition, participants are invited to let Niko Pirosmani’s works inspire drawings of their own during the interactive tour. Participants thereby get to know the Georgian artist’s fascinating oeuvre, immerse themselves in his multifaceted world and produce their own sketches based on his favourite motifs. Pirosmani’s extraordinary paintings become a starting point from which to experiment with different drawing techniques, resulting in a fresh view of the originals.

The workshop takes place in German.

All Materials will be provided.

“Friday Beyeler” is an invitation to start the weekend off with a relaxed Friday evening visit to the museum. The museum remains open until 9 p.m.; Restaurant until 10 p.m. Unless otherwise indicated, “Friday Beyeler” is included in the museum admission. For a minimum restaurant order of CHF 25 per person admission to the museum on the same evening is free. Further information available here: fondationbeyeler.ch
