VALIDITY OF YOUR MUSEUMs-PASS-Musées

For all Museums-PASS-Musées expiring after 13 March 2020, the following rule applies: the expiry date has been extended. You can now view your new expiry date in your online profile or on our homepage.

You can also renew your Museums-PASS-Musées directly in your online profile and thus benefit from the 13th month. (Online profile required: register here).

Can I drive across the border to visit the museums?

We would like to point out that the border crossing into neighbouring countries is only possible to a limited extent. For example, it is currently not permitted to travel from Germany to Switzerland ( [...]

We would like to point out that the border crossing into neighbouring countries is only possible to a limited extent. For example, it is currently not permitted to travel from Germany to Switzerland (and vice versa) for the purpose of visiting a museum. Travel to and from France is also currently not permitted. Please inform yourself in advance about the exact travel modalities.

My Museums-PASS-Musées expires before the end of museum closure, do I still get credit for all the downtime until the end of the pandemic?

Yes, all Museums-PASS-Musées that expire or have expired after 13 March 2020 will have the downtime credited.
